Work in small sections then spinkle bits of colored sand or powder over the glue.
Blow away any excess.
Colored sands are available at craft stores, or you may grind herbs and dried colored flowers into powder..(Note: herbs and colored flower really make some beautiful pictures.)
While you work,imagine the type of mate you would like to have.
Hang the painting in your home.
