After 9-11, I found confirmations all around me that
musically it was time for me to return to substance.
I define substance as a movement towards connecting
with people through music at the heart as opposed to
just their pocketbook. This is the place that art
should always occupy. Musicians are story tellers
through songs, and I had to ask myself, "what stories
will you tell?" This is a path less travelled, but
more honorable.

Growing up with jazz and being weaned on be-bop and classical Kevin has created a unique style. He has been a popular guitarist in and around Nova Scotia and other parts of Canada for over 25 years. We play Baroque and early Classical music for concerts, weddings and receptions, choosing music carefully to suit the occasion. We are based in the Annapolis Valley, but travel the province for engagements. Our current repertoire includes music by Corelli, Mozart, Vivaldi, and Bach, as well as our specialty, the beautiful quartets of George Philipp Telemann, which suit us especially well. Christmas pudding is a Tradition at our house. I usually make either a plum or carrot pudding earily in December. I fill empty 14-ounce vegetable tins with the batter, then steam six of them at a time in my large steamer (A large kettle may also be used as a steamer.)
